Sue Arizona? Sue Obama and Congress

  • Follow Letters

I see where President Obama is going to sue Arizona over its immigration law.

That's ironic, because the American people should be suing Obama and Congress for failing to do their duty to protect the United States and to obey and protect the nation's laws -- all laws, not just the ones that they wish to.

They all should be impeached for failure to do their sworn duties.

If the big O is going to sue

If the big O is going to sue AZ, then he also needs to file suit against the Federal Government because, IF HE HAD READ THE AZ LAW, he would have found it to read precisely the way the Federal law is written! But, then, again, he never read the "healthcare" law before signing it either. He has no plan to read the new "cap and tax" or "value added tax (VAT)" agendas that he plans to force onto the American public--that way, he will be just as surprised as everyone else once he puts his signature on those bills. Obviously, the 'man' can't read; he has a little mic in his ear so he can give the appearance of reading from a teleprompter (ever notice how he cocks his head from side to side when expounding his rhetoric).

You know the biggest problem
Unpublished

You know the biggest problem we have in Washington? We keep electing lawyers as senators and congressmen... What do lawyers do? They litigate, procrastinate and spend time writing laws and more laws that the government is not prepared to enforce. Laws .....is all they know and of course, other than their congressional salaries and perks the law is their occupation.
What we need to do is first: Stop sending lawyers to Washington.
Second: Give them all term limits, no more than two terms period and stop making it financially worth their while to hang around like Robert Byrd till they're rolled in out of the capital in a wheel chair and in diapers.
Thirrd: Throw each and every congressman out of office and start all over. All the current crop of officials have done for decades is build this machine that makes them rich while making it darned near impossible to remove incumbents.
But, in order to do this, we have to be willing to sacrifice the Lindsay Grahams, Paul Brouns etc. Not saying either has done a bad job but somewhere, sometime term limits need to be given a higher priority than protecing a well connected congressman.
It ain't going to happen, this is just a perfect dream for an imperfect system of government. A self perpetuating machine decades in the making.

We need term limits at both

We need term limits at both state and national levels. Laws that would prevent all public servants ,including ex. military from employment in companys that lobby or sell goods and services to the goverment for period of ten years. Limit voting at state and national levels to only those who pay for the goverment, ie,the TAXPAYERS..

Term limits would be great.
Unpublished

Term limits would be great. Too bad they will never see the light of day. Politicians will never pass laws that limit how long they can take a power trip. As for this "president" and the AZ law, funny how the suit was first made public, by SECRETARY OF STATE HILLARY CLINTON WHILE VISITING EQUADOR. I thought Eric Holder was in charge of legal matter for the Feds, but I guess this is more of that "change." What a bunch of idiots. Glad I didn't vote them into power.

This Obama bashing has gotten insane and very dangerous.

Below is a verbatum quote from Neil Boortz which is being used on WGAU to promote his show. This is nothing less than a call for violent revolution and the assasination of the President of the United States.

"Barack Obama is a cancer which has metasticized in the White House and is spreading throughout our constitution and that cancer isgoing to kill our country."

CHIP, what exactly has this
Unpublished

CHIP, what exactly has this got to do with the Obama Administration's plan to sue Arizona over it's illegal immigration policy? I know you think Obama can do no wrong, and the Republicans no right, but come on, suing a state for enforcing immigration law? What's next...suing a state for allowing police to arrest bank robbers? Obama is an idiot. Sorry you can't see that. Polls show the voters are seeing that fact.

Oh give me a break

Oh give me a break chipshirley. If some know-nothing movie star said the same sentence except substituted George Bush you would hollering "Amen". There is nothing in that sentence that even comes close to inciting violent revolution or assassination. Hopefully it will incite some people to go to the polls in 2010 and 2012 take down the marxist/socialist/communists, wealth re-distributing regime who ignore our Constitution by illegally forcing people to buy something they don't want, refusing to enforce our immigration laws, and refusing to come up with a budget while spending us into oblivion. Bortz's statement is actually pretty mild compared to how I feel about Obama/Pelosi/Reid.

This vile hatespeech is on OUR PUBLIC AIRWAVEs. Americans own these airwaves and they are only leased to WGAU et al.

It is illegal and immoral for WGAU not to offer even one minute of a countering view.

These false charges by Boortz do equate to a call for violence.

chips... Get a life - they don't "call for violence" (but I have heard that from left-wing extremists) - just trying to wake zombie souls like you to see the truth in all this left-wing-liberal-government can take care of you rhetorical non-sense.

It is not "illegal and immoral" for any station "not to offer" any rebuttal to anything. Americans don't "own these airwaves", those are free and open, just another government regulatory department telling 'us' what we can and cannot do.

Oh, and Ed - good points; what a two-faced government we have - it's right only if beneficial to them.

CHIP, like most good liberals, you side-step a direct question you don't like. Again, WHAT does this have to do with the Obama Administration suing Arizona for their immigration law? By the way, where was your outrage at the presidential disrespect shown when Harry Belafonte was in Venezuela rubbing elbows with Hugo Chavez and calling our then President Bush the world's biggest terrorist?

By the way, CHIP, speaking of countering right wing radio, there have been numerous attempts to put on radio shows with liberal commentators, the biggest of which is AIR AMERICA. George Soros and other limousine liberals pumped MILLIONS into these shows. The result? FAILURE! Wonder why.

This letter is part of the

This letter is part of the far-right attempt to lead our country into violent revolution and assasination of Democrat leaders.

This letter says the White House is breaking US laws and going against the constitution and Prez O should be impeached!!!!

NOT EVEN ONE REPUBLICAN CONGRESSMAN HAS FILED CHARGES AGAINST PRESIDENT OBAMA.

WAKE UP!

The air waves belong to us all, but they are not used by us all they are licensed to rich hatemongers who would rather give up the money they could make representing liberal views. It's a monopoly. And Air America was almost strictly an internet deal.

I've torn Boortz to shreds on the air and his sidekick Royal told me so in an e-mail!

I could get higher ratings than Boortz.

Chipshirley, is that Shirley with a chip? Maybe you don't realize it, but your already rank No. 1 with many of us on here. You are probably the best there is at what you do. Of course dumbobama is No. 1 at what he does also. Unfortunately for this GREAT COUNTRY, what he does and is accomplishing, is destroying AMERICA. Being the best at what you do is not always so good, but rejoice in achceiving No. 1 at what you are.

I can count on one hand the good things he's done for Freedom, for Capitalism, for our Security, for Individualism, for the economy and for the good of this nation.

It would take me all afternoon to rattle off the poor decisions.

A community organizer is not qualified to lead this fantastic nation. We need someone in office who is not a Soros and Emanuel puppet.

While I think Boortz is an egotistical, anti-life jerk, the quote you cited is not "hate mongering", chip. Boortz is of the opinion that Obama and his policies will destroy America. While that may be a bit of exaggeration, I agree with the spirit of his message. I, too, think Obama is bad for this country. If you disagree, that's fine, but don't call it hate mongering.

The left's war on talk radio is getting old. Limbaugh, Hannity, Ingraham and most of the conservative talkers simply express traditional American views. None of them are a threat to your, or anybody elses, safety. But because they express their views in a fiercely honest and unapologetic way, they are labled "hate mongers" by the likes of chipshirley. Nevermind that the left-wing talkers made a living out of saying unprecedentedly vile things about George W. Bush from 2001-2009.

Air America was almost strictly internet, CHIP? I guess Janine Garofalo was just talking into an empty mic all those months. You STILL didn't answer my question as to what this has to do with the Obama Administration's suing Arizona for it's immigration law. This is typical liberal behavior. Any hard question you can't answer, just ignore or side-step it and rant about those mean, rich, racist Republicans. The voters see through this CHIP, which is why your man's approval ratings are sinking faster than the Titanic. The Dems better do something quick. November will be here soon, and the polls sure ain't looking good for them.
