Conspiracy rots our nation from within

  • Follow Letters

Ninety years ago or so in Germany, at the Frankfurt Institute for Social Research, learned minds struggled to answer a question: How can a country be destroyed and conquered without doing it militarily? How can a country be made corrupt, turned upside-down and inside-out to "make Western civilization stink," according to Willi Munzenberg, one of the Leninist, Marxist professors there. The psychiatrists, psychologists, philosophers and professors of the Frankfurt Institute formulated a plan to do that.

An article written by Timothy Matthews and published at the Catholic Insight website -- titled "The Frankfurt School: Conspiracy To Corrupt" -- chronicles this plan and, as the author sadly notes, it is succeeding.

The professors of the Frankfurt Institute fled Germany after Hitler came to power. They fled to the United States and into universities such as Columbia, Princeton, UC-Berkeley and Brandeis.

As you read that article, keep in mind the events and issues that we are grappling with in our current political climate -- the battle between left and right. Keeping the political, social and economic landscape just in view as you read the article, you will come to realize that this is the agenda that the progressive left is using, has been using and will continue to use to rot this country from the inside out, and destroy capitalism and, in turn, Western civilization. Then, as Mr. Munzenberg continued, "after they have corrupted all its values and made life impossible, can we impose the dictatorship of the proletariat."

Sound familiar?

If we are to reverse the suicidal effect that this plan is having on our nation, we have to understand what we are fighting. Make no mistake -- this is a war, a war between right and wrong.

God bless the United States of America -- because if we ever needed His blessings, it is now.

David B. Caudle

Good letter Mr. Caudle! You

Good letter Mr. Caudle! You are correct, that there are many forces at work even now, to undermine and destroy our current capitalist system. These forces work under a host of different names, including the many activists currently teaching at most of our universities. Remember the words, "Social Justice", as this has now become the new mantra of those that want to destroy us from within. These words ring from all sectors of our society today, but most importantly, they are what lies just beneath the surface of most of those currently in power in DC. Under the umbrella of social justice, they intend to bring about a socialist system, where a good portion of the wealth of our country is redistributed to the masses. Cloward-Pivan is but one tool of these people, who are trumping up crisis after crisis, to validate their desperate times require desperate measures strategy. Without these, they would be unable to change our society, as they are doing now. The next big one will be what used to be called Cap $ Trade, only now, due to bad press, they are now calling it the "American Power Act", as this has a better ring to it, but make no mistake. This will be the cornerstone of their socialist agenda. A system where our economy will be further hindered by having to purchase "Carbon Offsets", all in the name of saving our planet from the evil gas, CO2, which is what you and I breath out every breath we take, and every green plant needs to survive. Passing this legislation will then make all the rest academic, as it will be too late. Please, write your local congressman, and ask him NOT to endorse this legislation, as it is nothing more than another attempt to further expand the government, and totally transform our society from within. Now, all you liberals are free to call me a fearmonger, conspiracy theorist, say "boo!", etc, etc... np, as I will read your lame comments, pop another refreshing beverage, and LOL, which is pretty much SOP these days...

Mr. Caudle, and

Mr. Caudle, and TheFederalist's follow-up sustain my hope that there are those of us out there that still respect the core values of our Country--and more and more people are waking up to what is going on every day.
Please, the David Caudle's and the TheFeds of this great Nation, never, never, give up on the ideals of our Christian Nation.
We cannot become another "welfare" state and expect to continue to be the greatest Nation on Earth.
Please remember what one of our great Presidents uttered: "Ask not what your Country can do for you." Stop the free handouts, the corrupt politicians, and the socialist President that is ruining our blessed home. Remember November!
And by God, we will take this Country Back....or by God, we will be destroyed....Literally!

The sky is falling! The sky is falling! As for God, Romans 13:1: "Let every person be subject to the governing authorities. For there is no authority except from God, and those that exist have been instituted by God."

So GROUSE, you're saying to hail Caesar? Well, we all know what happened to Caesar, and to Rome. But the polls say some big "change" is coming this November baby. I just hope we still have a country to change by then.

As usual, grouse just ignores facts and yells "the sky is falling." Why not actually address the facts and attempt to refute them instead of the childishness?

I DON'T find it amusing when people use scripture(s) to suit their politics at any given time----right back at you grouse! Until you, or anyone else, absolutely know what words mean in Hebrew, Greek or Aramaic, it would be better for you and others to not USE them.

Hey Davey, I see you want your country back. Well I don't want my country to go back, I want it to grow forward. And that's the way it's going. The tea party may get some seats in the fall; but President Obama will be around until 2016. So nice try, and for the rest of you, stay angry my friends - it really helps the country!

TTT, the virtue of conspiracy

TTT, the virtue of conspiracy theories, for their proponents, is that they are unfalsifiable. Specifically, they propose coordinated action that is necessarily secretive ... If it were public, no need to propose a conspiracy. This letter asserts that secret, coordinated action by nefarious agents is a fact, well, you're right, that's a "fact" that, when presented, is irrefutable, so what's the use? So I figure, if you can't beat em ...

Choir, meet the preacher ... Everyone else, go home.
