I believe in reaching across the aisle and thanking people when they provide a service.
Rep. John Dingell, D-Mich., regarding the health-care bill: "It takes a long time to do the necessary administration steps that have to be taken to put the legislation together to control the people."
Thank you, Rep. Dingell, for reminding us that the bill is less about health care and more about control of the taxpayer by the politicians. By 2016, the IRS will be the enforcers when they start checking our financial records on a monthly basis as required by the legislation.
On March 23, Al Sharpton said: "First of all, then we have to say the American public overwhelmingly voted for socialism when they elected President Obama."
Thank you, Al. We'll remember that the next time the media make fun of Republicans for noting Obama has surrounded himself with self-declared Marxists, and that he gives every impression that Marxism is his favorite philosophy.
On March 23, The New York Times published an article congratulating the president on the health-care legislation because it will redistribute the wealth. Thank you for reinforcing the Republican view that the health-care bill will redistribute the wealth, which is the very definition of Marxist Communism.
As Nikita Khrushchev is quoted as saying: "We can't expect the American people to jump from capitalism to communism, but we can assist their elected leaders in giving them small doses of socialism, until they wake up one day to find that they have communism."
