Not to worry.....

Hillary is gonna get those girls back.

Even if she has to chopper into a hot LZ. She's done it before, remember? She told us so during the 2008 campaign.

.
That's probably what inspired OzBama to personally swoop down and shoot Bin Ladin between the eyes. (Sure wish they'd release the video of that one!)

Sen. Clinton

has a habit of speaking without engaging her brain. This would be considered a virtue were she a Republican.

Speaking of Republicants, I don't remember reading the news item about how after eight years doggedly on his trail, George Bush took out Bin Ladin... Because he DIDN'T! Face it, now matter how little input the President has on a military operation, he does get to claim the kill. Bin Ladin was killed on Obama's watch, quod demonstrate se...

You know, deep down inside, that if the Al Qaida leader had been taken out by a Navy Seal team in 2008, the Smirking Cowboy would have rehung the "Mission Accomplished" banner and maybe even posed with the corpse.

Now, on to more important things. Do you even care that 250 or so schoolgirls were kidnapped by a cadre of militant religious zealots? Do you not want to see them rescued? Or, as they're not men, not white, and not US citizens, it just doesn't mean anything to you. "That sort of thing," you say, "happens all the time in those third-world cesspools. I'd rather turn it into meaningless sarcastic remarks about our own Executive Branch."

Those grapes must be really sour by now...

Having trouble

I having a problem understanding the "sublime"message in this cartoon. The woman seems to be black, a graduate of some kind, and the captions only add to the mystery. Perhaps Mr. Mcfee or Darby can help me out with why the Clinton references. Why not a cartoon or a response more sensitive to pain and distress the families are feeling.

Hillary

Well, ekharonne, let me ’splain it to you. The references to Hillary Clinton up above are because Hillary interjected herself into the kidnapping tragedy, even though she had nothing to do with it, and she can do nothing about it. In short, she's showing us what she would do if she were our president. She would do nothing, but she would issue statements expressing her

dismay,
sadness,
condolence,
regret,

well, you get the picture. She's acting like a democrat president — ineffective.

"This would be considered a virtue were she a Republican."

Not any Republican I've ever met.

OzBama doesn't get credit for the kill. He gets credit for FINALLY approving the strike after wimping out the first three times he was advised by his staff to sign the order. (When he puts his mind to it, you gotta admit nobody signs executive orders better than Barry.) (Never mind that the intelligence that pinpointed Bin Ladin was generated by actions taken by Bush.)

One more thing, Bush NEVER put up the FIRST "Mission Accomplished" banner. That was ordered done by the ship's captain because he was so proud of his command's accomplishment.

After all this time, liberals/socialist/progressives can't let go of the "Mission Accomplished" theme. And the fact that they see it as a faux pas. That's so cute!

A total non-issue, in the same magnitude as Romney's "binder full of qualified women."

It's nice that it takes so little to make them happy.

And when I look toward November, I can truly say that I've NEVER TASTED SWEETER GRAPES!

" has a habit of speaking
Unpublished

" has a habit of speaking without engaging her brain."
That is because she has a very little one. She is the typical democrat like ole Biden. But don't worry about the girls, the wanta be queen is back off vacation she has spoken out against the kidnappings so I sure Obama's Muslim buddies will release the girls.

Well, ekharonne....

The references to Hillary just might have something to do with the fact that she, while Secretary of State, was asked several times to do something to get Boko Haram on the terrorist list.

She resisted strongly, thought it unnecessary, and so it NEVER HAPPENED!

Now do you understand?

Glad I could be of help. Call on me anytime.

PS - It's your choice of course, but I would have used "subliminal" rather that "sublime". But that's just me.

The cartoon is merely about how we take something as simple as educating our girls for granted, while that would cause them to be kidnapped and abused in Nigeria. Sorry if that wasn't clear to you. I did not interject Hillary into it at all, but it is fair comment if others see it that way. And my name is McKee. Thanks for reading and commenting!
