Augusta will suffer as do most cities where democrats are in power.

Just pinch your nose....

Resturant Name

Excuse me Rick, Shouldn't that be the "Liberal Democrat" or "Lefties" Cafe?

I see your point Jane, but I believe Rick was suggesting that the commission had begun to veer away from its old racial ways until the unfortunate return of Marion Williams.

Not thinking I would agree wholeheartedly with that thought, but I think things were better without MW.

Not that it matters anyway.....

.... Augusta is soon to go the way of its big sister cities like Chicago and Detroit.

In the near [emphasis on the word near] future, the demographics of the county will give the commission a permanent liberal/black majority.

The white flight across the county lines will continue and even increase. That will severely impact both the tax, entrepreneurial and talent base.

We (I say we, because I'm one who probably won't move.) will become a microcosm of those crime ridden hollow shells up north. Remnants of cities that were once vibrant, thriving, growing communities.

Sadly, I don't think there anything anyone can do to change it.
