He's going to need a larger sign ... perhaps a few more fabrications ... we can still see the monstrous excuse for an economy in the background. The faux “gasp” is a nice touch!
Just one tweak if I may be so bold, the last part should read 'if you get cancer your insurance company can cancel your policy, and you'll die.'
