Rick, you always have great cartoons. But in this case, it's almost too easy -- making fun of Joe Biden is like making fun of Lindsey Lohan or some other poor misguided soul. It borders on pathetic.
For a while there I was under the assumption that Biden was on a "gag order" on account of the fact that he had not opened his mouth publicly in a while. Then this happened after the business owner incident.

Our friend, NotReally lives alone inside his own distorted reality. He knows that Democratic control of both houses (caused by Republicans who defected to the Dark Side) is really what got us into the mess. Obama, now firmly established as the most incompetent, incapable man ever to occupy the Oval Office then poured gasoline on the "fire". Now even large numbers of his own party are turning on him. Nothing will ever convince NotReally of his folly, but anyone who can think for himself understands. Can barely wait until that first Tuesday after the first Monday in November. It's going to be so sweet. Until then, let's just enjoy the rants of those who "know" that an all powerful government is good for us because we won't ever have to think for ourselves again.
In all fairness, Obama inherited busses and "Turn Back, Danger, Stop" signs from the previous administration.

Actually, I have it on good authority that the bus was one of those hundreds that Mayor Nagan (D) let sit unused (while people drowned) during the New Orleans Katrina evacuation.
