Unfortunately too many people

Unfortunately too many people do not seem to understand what this means. All who gave all have my respect for their sacrifice.

Freedom isn't free It costs

Freedom isn't free
It costs folks like you and me
And if we don't all chip in
We'll never pay that bill
Freedom isn't free
No, there's a hefty in' fee.
And if you don't throw in your buck 'o five
Who will?

No, freedom is not free,

No, freedom is not free, those who gave their life deserve our thanks. As well as those who returned, in some way they to are scarred and have sacraficed much for freedom's sake.

"The defense of peace, like

"The defense of peace, like the defense of liberty, requires more than lip service. It requires vigilance, military strength, and the willingness to take risks and to make sacrifices. The surest guarantor of both peace and liberty is our unflinching resolve to defend that which has been purchased for us by our fallen heroes. On Memorial Day, let us pray for peace - not only for ourselves, but for all those who seek freedom and justice."
(Ronald Reagan, 1986.)
