Who is responsible for butchering the “Lady Banks” thornless rose bush at the corner of 13th and Reynolds streets in Augusta?
We look forward each year to this beautiful plant blooming during Masters Week as a bright spot to an otherwise dull corner. This plant survived our recent ice storm when many plants and trees were destroyed, and was in full bloom – only to be chopped down.
If anyone has the authority to find the person or company that did this, please do so, and make sure they are never allowed to be in charge of landscaping again.
I hope others will share my feelings about this and respond in some way. Thank you.
