Someone wrote a letter criticizing Lee Anderson’s comment that he is a “simple” man (“‘Simple’ man not needed,” July 9). I’ve known Lee for more than 20 years and he is a simple man. If he is elected to Congress, he will simply vote as the majority of his constituents want him to vote. Paul Broun, our 10th District representative in the U.S. House, has always voted that way, so maybe that describes him as a simple man, too.
Now that I’m in the new 12th District, I intend to vote for that simple man – Lee Anderson. He is simply a good family man, he is simply a man of strong faith and he will simply make a great conservative congressman, as Paul Broun has been for many years now. If Broun is re-elected and Anderson is elected, we’ll at least have two good conservatives representing our area.
