That was then; this is now

President John Adams once said that “facts are stubborn things.”

The price of gas when Barack Obama became president was $1.84 a gallon. The price now is about $3.70 a gallon. The national debt when Obama became president was $10 trillion. The debt now is $15-plus trillion. The unemployment rate when Obama became president was 7.8 percent. The rate since then has been consistently higher than 8 percent and sometimes higher than 9 percent.

Given these facts, why would a rational person even consider re-electing this man?
