Dear Radford Family: I

Dear Radford Family: I remember talking to Virginia when Chester and I worked together. She was such a beautiful person inside and out and always had a wonderful way of making you feel better...even if you didn't want to. My thoughts and prayers are with you during your time of sorrow.
