AUGUSTA, Ga. - Frederick L. Toomey, Jr., 76, husband of Nancy Toomey went to be with the Lord, September 4, 2011. He was a proud marine and a loving husband. In addition to his wife, survivors include his son, Ryan F. Toomey, stepsons, E.V. (Ned) Fenton IV, Orangeburg, S.C.; Charles H. Fenton and wife Teresa, Neeses, S.C.; stepdaughter, Wendy Marietta, Augusta, Ga, Grandchildren Veya Toomey, Natalie, Abby, Lauren Fenton and Maverick Marietta. A special thanks to his devoted niece, Trisha Bailey and her loving family. A very special thanks to the faculty at Georgia War Veterans Nursing Home, where he was a resident 6 s years.
