HEPHZIBAH, Ga. - Deacon Eddie W. LaFavor, 69, entered into rest Monday, August 29, 2011, at his home. Deacon LaFavor was employed for thirty-three years with Castleberry Food Company as a truck driver. He never met a stranger. He leaves to cherish fond loving memories with his wife, Redella A. LaFavor; sons, Larry (Lynn) Palmer, Cleon D. LaFavor of Augusta; daughters, Lucretia LaFavor, Mt. Juliet, TN., Yolanda Brown, Augusta, Regina Johnson, Williston, SC.; grandchildren, LaKeyta Palmer, LaRissa Palmer, LaShanna Williams, Teldric Toney, Tabianna Johnson, and Travon Brown; brothers, Michael LaFavor and Frank Jenkins, Atlanta; sisters, Susie Fletcher, Ft.Lauderdale, FL., Rosa Milton, Augusta, Ada Lockett, St.Petersburg, FL., Brenda Jordan, Atlanta, and Gail Cunningham, Augusta, uncle, Reverend Jerome (Lue) LaFavor and a host of other relatives and friends.
