HARLEM, Ga. - Mrs. Margaret Frances Searcy Hall, born on April 9, 1925, devoted wife and mother, went home to be our Lord and Savior Friday, July 29, 2011. She is preceded in death by her husband of 53 years, Milton T. Hall, son, Richard Thomas Hall, parents Henry T. and Annie Hayes Searcy, sister, Sarah Sherrill and brothers, Hayes and Henry T. Searcy, Jr. Margaret's earthly life ended at her home surrounded by her five children, Kenneth (Betty) Hall, Dearing, GA; Lynda Emerick, Harlem, GA; Karen (Ron) Chapman, Charlotte, NC; Jon (Betty) Hall, Evans, GA; Alan (Janis) Hall, Harlem, GA. She is also survived by her eleven grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren and her sister, Mary Barnes, Atlanta, GA. Funeral services will be held at 11:00AM, Monday, August 1, 2011 in the Harlem Baptist Church with the Reverend Philip Vestal and Dr. Robert Blankenship officiating. Interment will be at Bellevue Memorial Gardens, Grovetown, GA. Mrs. Hall was a native of Talladega, AL and a resident of Harlem since 1961. She was a member of Harlem Baptist Church and the Fidelis Sunday School Class, Frances Bell Chapter No.75 Eastern Star, and Woodmen of the World Lodge 1406. Pallbearers will be Gary Kato, Mark Whitaker, Gary Holley, Daniel Morris, John Combs and Barry Fleming. Honorary pallbearers will be members of the Harlem Baptist Fidelis Sunday School Class. Memorials may be made to Generations II, c/o Harlem Baptist Church, P. O. Box 790, Harlem, GA 30814.
