HEPHZIBAH, Ga. - Ms. Patsy Ann Rogers, 65, of Hephzibah, passed away Friday, July 22, 2011 at University Hospital. Born in South Bend, IN, she was the daughter of the late William and Marie Krugle West. She moved to Hephzibah in 1994. She had worked in the crafts and fabrics department at the Wal-Mart in Waynesboro for twelve years. Patsy liked sewing and making dresses for her grandchildren. She also liked to work in her garden and cook. She is survived by her children, Kelley (Barry) Hyman, McBean; Edward Tokarz, Hephzibah; grandchildren, Brandon Rogers, Brianna Rogers, Rebecca Hurd, Bailey Hyman, Julie Guzik, and Best friend, Russell Bell.
