WARNER ROBINS, Ga. - Mrs. Martha M. Silas, 91, Loving Wife of the late Mr. Leonard M. Silas, entered into rest Sunday June 19, 2011, at Warner Robins Rehab.(s)and(s)Nursing Home. Funeral Services will be held at 2:P.M. Wednesday at Little Briar Creek Baptist church with Rev. Bill Seaman(s)and(s)Rev, Randt Dunaway Officiating Interment will be in the Church Cemetery. Mrs. Silas was Born on September 23, 1919 in Hart County, Georgia. She was a Long time Member of Little Briar Creek Baptist Church, Warrenton,Ga. Martha was a School Teacher with the Glascock Co. Board of Education, Gibson, Ga. at Bastonville School and Glascock County Consolidated School for 40 Years. She was Preceded in Death by her Parents Mr. John Henry Minyard and Johnnie Mae Adams Minyard a Son Leonard Gerald Silas Sisters Essie Marie Dailey, Ola Grace Farmer, Octie Belle Farmer, Eddie Mae Israel and a Brother John Horace Minyard. Her memory will foreever br Treasured by her loving Daughter Martha S. (Frank) Wadsworth of Centerville two Grand Daughters Lisa W. (Todd) Hightower of Eastman and Ginger W. (Chris) Rodrigues of Comming. Five Great Grandchildren Hannah, Christopher,(s)and(s)Abegail Hightower, Conner(s)and(s)Barrett Clark Two Sisters Rosa Lee M. Greer and Mary Ann M. Goss, and many loving nieces(s)and(s)Nephews, and Friends. Pallbearers are Mark Minyard, Johnny Frank Goss, Tommy Goss, Thelston Goss, W.L. Norris, Gene Norris, and James Isreal. The family will receive friends today from 6-8 P.M. at the Funeral Home and one hour before the service at the Church.
