NORTH AUGUSTA, S.C. - Funeral Services for Mr. James Albert Kerr, 82, of Waccamaw Drive, North Augusta, SC, who entered into rest April 19, 2011, will be conducted Saturday morning at 11 o'clock from the Posey Funeral Chapel. Rev. James D. Dennis, Jr. officiating. Interment in Woodlawn Memorial Park, Orlando, Florida, Tuesday afternoon at 1o'clock with Veteran's Honors. Mr. Kerr was a native of Aliquippa, PA, a former resident of Orlando, FL, having made North Augusta his home for the past 44 years. He was a member of Grace United Methodist Church, the Jesse C. Lynch Memorial American Legion Post # 71, the National Rifle Association and a Life Member of the Elk's Club. Mr. Kerr was a U. S. Army Veteran of World War II, a retired Sales Executive with Medusa Cement Corp. and the husband of the late Mary Lorenz Kerr. Survivors include his son and daughter-in-law, Larry and Jean Kerr, Columbia, SC; three grandchildren, Brenda (Glenn) Foster, Katherine (Phil) Tinman and Christopher Cosgrove.; a great grandchild, Grayson Endrenyi; his sister, Betty Bronson, Orlando; a niece, Suzanne Duckworth.
