SYLVANIA, Ga. - Mr. Hubert Joseph Bazemore, 81, passed away on March 6, 2011. The visitation will be held Monday from 6- 8 pm at the Joiner Anderson Funeral Home Screven Chapel. Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, March 8, 2011 at 2 pm in the Screven Chapel of Joiner Anderson. Interment will follow at the Screven Memorial Cemetery. Joiner Anderson Funeral Home Screven Chapel is in charge of all arrangements.
