JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - Debra Jackson-Salmi, 52, of Jacksonville, FL, passed away on August 27, 2010 after a battle with breast cancer. She was born in Washington, D.C. on April 11, 1958. She is predeceased in death by her father, George L. Jackson; siblings, Linda, Larry, and Brenda. Survivors include: mother, Dutch Ann Jackson; daughter, Dutchen Oclon (Scott); grandchildren, Taylor, Hailey, and Thomas; brothers, Robert (Charlene), Jackie (Mary Kay); sister, Lynn; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. A memorial service to honor her life will be held at St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Jacksonville on September 10, 2010 at 11a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Northeast Florida Community Hospice.
