AUGUSTA, Ga. - Mr. Purnell Jackson of Scott Nixon Drive entered into rest Wednesday, September 1, 2010, at Golden Living Center. Funeral arrangements will be announced later. Survivors are one son, Kelvin Jackson, Augusta; one daughter, Shirley Waltower, Atlanta, Ga.; five grandchildren; nephew, Robert Jackson, Augusta; two nieces, Overseer Betty Anderson and Lillie Green, Augusta; a host of great nieces and nephews in Augusta, Newark, N.J., Orlando, Fla., and Rochester, N.Y. Williams Funeral Home, 1765 Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd.
