AUGUSTA, Ga. - Mr. Clarence L. Freeman entered into rest on Monday, August 9, 2010, at his residence. Clarence was affectionately known as "Uncle Mike". His loving personality and great sense of humor gained him a multitude of friends. He is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps. Mr. Freeman was a member of Shiloh Baptist Church in Waycross, Ga.. He retired from Ware County Board of Education after thirty-two years of service. He leaves to cherish fond loving memories with his God-daughter, Cathy (Anthony) Greene; nieces, Mattie Jordan, Vickie Dingle, Arlene (Austin) Johnson, Audrey (William) Avery; nephews, Clarence Freeman, Philadelphia, Pa., Reverend Robert (Annie) Freeman, Donald Freeman, Jeffrey Freeman, and a host of great nieces, great nephews, cousins, and friends. Funeral services will be announced by Kinsey & Walton Funeral Home, 3618 Peach Orchard Road, Augusta. (706) 790-8858
