    MILLEN, Ga. - Charles E. (Jr.) Williams, Jr., 77, died Saturday, July 31, 2010 at Bethany Nursing Center. He was born in Jenkins County, a farmer, and was a member of Elam Baptist Church. Graveside services will be 10:00 am Monday at the Elam Baptist Cemetery. Survivors include his two sisters, Sara Williams and Ruth Sparks both of Millen and several nieces and nephews.
