WASHINGTON, Ga. - Mr. Willie James "Mule" Kennedy, age 62, of E. Robert Toombs Ave., Washington, Ga., died Thursday, July 22, 2010. Funeral services will be held Saturday, July 31, 2010, at 11 a.m. at Mark's Tabernacle Baptist Church. Interment will be in City West Cemetery with military honors.
