HEPHZIBAH, Ga. - SGT Robert T. Thompson, 59, entered into rest on Saturday, July 24, 2010, at Doctors Hospital, Augusta, Ga. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, July 31, 2010, at 11 a.m. in the Peoples Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. John Lockhart officiating. Interment will be in the Mt. Olive Memorial Gardens with military honors. He leaves loving memories in the hearts of a devoted wife of 37 years, Mrs. Thelma B. Thompson; two loving daughters, Raquel Thompson and Ashley Thompson; three brothers, Jeffery (Angeline) Thompson, Livingston Thompson, and Truitt (Vivi) Thompson; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
