HOUSTON, Texas- Memorial Services for Mrs. Mary Jane Trimmier Forkner, 87, of Houston Texas , who entered into rest July 26, 2010 will be held at a later date. Mrs. Forkner was a 1939 graduate of North Augusta High School. She attended the Junior College of Augusta where she was a drum majorette with the band. She enjoyed playing bridge and traveling the world with her husband. She was preceded in death by her husband, Col. (ret.) Bob L. Forkner, United States Air Force, a son, Charles L. Forkner and her parents, Marvin P. and Ellen Marston Trimmier. Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law, William L. and Priscilla Forkner, Houston, Texas; a brother, Sidney M.
