AUGUSTA, Ga. - Mrs. Genevieve Becker Dellenback, beloved wife of the late Mr. Elmer J. Dellenbach, entered into rest on Sunday, May, 23, 2010, at The Place in Augusta, GA. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, May 28, 2010 at Elliott Mortuary, Hutchinson, KS. Interment will follow in Partridge Cemetery, Partridge, KS. She is survived by her daughters, Beverly Martin of Evans, GA and Delila (Dee) Royer Shaw and husband, Jack of Harlem, GA.; five grandchildren, Terry Martin and wife, Marilyn, Cindy Martin Coule and husband, Ricky, Angela Royer Norris and husband, Gregg, Kevin Royer and wife, Glennita and Eddie Royer and wife, Trina; 13 great- grandchildren. Mrs. Dellenbach was born on a farm near Goltry, Oklahoma and was raised in Burrton, Kansas. She was the daughter of the late Amel J. and Mary Catherine Luginbill Becker. Genevieve was preceded in death by an infant son, Stephen Elmer, a granddaughter, Carla jean martin and two brothers, Vernon and Robert Becker. Genevieve was a member of First Assembly of God Church in Hutchinson, KS for over seventy years. She was the wedding coordinator for the church for over thirty years. This was special calling in her life along with visiting the sick, singing in the church choir and a trio. Her favorite hobby was working to help family and friends in any way she could. The family will receive friends at Elliott Mortuary, Hutchinson, KS. on Thursday, May 27, 2010 from 6:00 PM until 7:30 PM.
