JACKSON, S.C. - Funeral Services for Mrs. Muriel Ann Bushoven, 68, of Graystone Drive, Beech Island, SC, who entered into rest March 20, 2010, will be conducted Tuesday afternoon at 2 o'clock from the First Baptist Church of Jackson. Dr. Kenneth Klingler officiating. Interment in Jackson Memorial Cemetery. Mrs. Bushoven was a native of Maine, a former resident of Hawthorne, New Jersey having made Beech Island her home for the past three years. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Jackson and the Dorcas Sunday School Class. Mrs. Bushoven was a member of the Auxilary of Gideons International, Aiken West Camp, where she served as Vice President and Area 15 Director. She faithfully worked with mentally challenged children for over twenty years in New Jersey. Survivors include her husband, John Bushoven; a son and daughter-in-law, William John and Cheryl Bushoven, Hawthorne, New Jersey; a brother, Lester Harvey, Presque Isle, Maine; two sisters, Yvonne McEachern, Presque Isle, Maine and Elaine Harvey, Brushton, New York; two grandchildren; one great- grandchild. Honorary Pallbearers will be members of the Dorcas Sunday School Class. Active Pallbearers will be Dave Hooks, John Reeder, Gary Thornton, Ray Cole, Robert Crumley, Sr., James Bennett, James Todd, Melvin Weathersbee and James Kight. The family will receive friends at the First Baptist Church of Jackson this Monday evening from 6 until 8.
