AIKEN, S.C. - Mrs. Rosa B. Mims Brown, 73, entered into rest March 17, 2010 at Pepper Hill Nursing Center. Funeral services will be held 1 p.m., Sunday, March 21, 2010, at Jacksonville Baptist Church with the Rev. Ralph Holloway officiating. Interment will be in the Church Cemetery. Mrs. Brown, a native of Aiken County, was a member of Jacksonville Baptist Church. Survivors include three daughters, Rev. Teresa (Alfonso) Jennings, Viola Brown and Gloria Brown; three sons, Roy (Glennice) Brown, Johnny (Diane) Brown, and Stanley (Joyce Bryant) Brown; a brother, Lemiah (Rachel) Mims; aunt, Rosa Bell Ashmore; goddaughter, Thomasina Dais; 18 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren; 8 sisters and brothers in law; a host of other relatives and friends.
