AUGUSTA, Ga. - Mr. Roosevelt Sapp of Clark Road entered into rest on Wednesday, March 10, 2010 at University Hospital. Memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 20, 2010 at 3 p.m. at B. A. Williams Memorial Chapel with Rev. Barbara Montlebaum officiating. Mr. Sapp, a native of Burke County, was retired from RACO Oil Company. Survivors are three daughters, Annie Mae Simmons, Francis Wiley, Miami, FL, Luvenia (Willie Brown) Sapp, Augusta; four sons, Robert Mims, Ervin (Barbara) Ellison, Augusta, Gordon (Avis) Ellison, Miami, FL, Corey (Napua) Wiley, Washington, D.C.; and a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren and other relatives.
