NORTH AUGUSTA, S.C. - Mr. Reginald A. McCartney, 88, of 1019 Todd Avenue, entered into rest Sunday, March 14, 2010. Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Saturday, March 20, 2010, at Old Storm Branch Baptist Church with the Rev. Dr. Nathaniel Irvin officiating. Interment will be in Sunset Memorial Gardens. Mr. McCartney, a native of New York City, was a United States Army Veteran and a member of Old Storm Branch Baptist Church. Survivors include a daughter, Sandy McCartney; a sister, Muriel (Bill) Green; three brothers, Carl McCartney, Ashva (Lois) McCartney, and Willis McCartney; six grandchildren; two great grandchildren; a host of other relatives and friends. Friends may call at the residence or after 1 p.m. today at the funeral home. The family will receive friends from 7-8 p.m. today at the funeral home. G. L.
