Gladys Brown (AUGUSTA, Ga.)

AUGUSTA, Ga. - Mrs. Gladys Samuels Brown, of London Blvd., entered into rest Monday, March 15, 2010, at the University Hospital. Funeral services will be held Saturday, March 20, 2010, at 2 p.m. at the Mt. Calvary Baptist Church with Rev. Clyde Hill, Sr. officiating. Burial will be at Mt. Olive Memorial Garden. Mrs. Brown, a native of Lincoln Co., Ga., was retired from the Augusta Country Club and the Augusta Civic Center after many years of service. Survivors are one son, Ray (Sandra) Nesbitt, Augusta, Ga.; three grandsons, Christopher Nesbitt, Kendrick (Autumn) Nesbitt, Derrick Davis, Augusta, Ga.; seven great grandchildren; niece, Barbara Cambridge, Dallas, Texas; nephew, Billie Sanders, Augusta, Ga.; devoted companion and caregiver, Debra Samuels; and a host of other relatives.
