NORTH AUGUSTA, S.C. - Graveside Services for Mr. Richard J. "Hank" Hankinson, Jr., 71, of Stanton Drive, North Augusta, SC, who entered into rest March 13, 2010, will be conducted Tuesday afternoon at 2:30 pm in Pineview Memorial Park. Rev. Jimmy Coyle officiating. Mr. Hankinson was a lifelong resident of North Augusta. He was a member of Immanuel Baptist Church, a US Navy Veteran and was retired from Federal Paperboard with 35 years of service. Survivors include his wife of 47 years, Patsy Hankinson; a son, Richard J. Hankinson, IV, North Augusta; a daughter, Mary Alice Mitchell, Augusta; a step-son, William E. Redd, Knoxville, Tennessee; a sister, Sandra Taylor, Atlanta; 5 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends at the funeral home this Monday evening from 6 until 8.
