NORTH AUGUSTA, S.C. - Mr. Reginald A. McCartney, 88, of 1019 Todd Avenue, entered into rest Sunday, March 14, 2010, at the VA Medical Center. Funeral arrangements will be announced later. Mr. McCartney, a native of New York City, was a member of Old Storm Branch Baptist Church. Survivors include a daughter, Sandy McCartney, Loganville, Ga.; a sister, Muriel (Bill) Green, Washington, D.C.; three brothers, Carl McCartney, Ashva (Lois) McCartney, and Willis McCartney, New York; six grandchildren; two great grandchildren; a host of other relatives and friends.
