Mr. Luther, a native of New Orleans, LA, lived in Columbia, SC prior to moving to Martinez eight months ago. He was retired from the U.S. Army. Additional survivors include his father and stepmother: Kenneth H. and Deby Luther, Slidell, LA; his mother: Linda Dwyer, Slidell LA; three daughters: Heather Clack (Flynn), Augusta, GA, Kristen Dunaway, Slidell, LA, Kaitlyn Luther, Columbia, SC; one brother: Ted Dwyer, Slidell, LA; five sisters: Sherri Smith, Ft. Poke, LA, Tammy Daly, Macon, GA, Brandee Krieger, Natasha Luther, and Jessica Dwyer, Slidell, LA; two grandchildren: Brody and Beckett Clack.
