    AUGUSTA, Ga. Ñ Virginia 'Sister' Appling Trammell formerly of Second Avenue passed away Wednesday, March 10, 2010 at Doctors' Hospital. Funeral arrangements will be announced later. Friends may call the residence of her daughter Mrs. Hattie T. Graham, her nephew Mr. Lawrence (Cheryl) Bennett, or W.H. Mays Mortuary, 1221 James Brown Boulevard, Augusta, GA 30901 (706) 722-6401.
