MILLEN, Ga. - Mr. Charles Franklin Royal, Sr., 70, died Wednesday, March 3, 2010 at Bethany Nursing Center. He was born in Jenkins County, retired owner of Royal Plumbing and Electric and a member of the Oak Hill Baptist Church. Funeral Services will be 2:00 p. m. Friday at Oak Hill Baptist Church with burial to follow in the church cemetery. Survivors include his wife, Betty Sue Ward Royal; a daughter, Machelle (Eddie) Dickey; two sons, Charles F. (Tammy) Royal Jr. and Stephen (Cheryl) Royal; three sisters, Royce R. Rhinehart, Mary Louise R. Bragg, and Betty R. (Floyd) Bolton, all of Millen; two brothers, Henry Lee Royal Sr. of Millen, and Larry (Cheryl) Royal of Augusta; seven grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
