AUGUSTA, Ga. - Teat Randolph Davis, Sr., husband of Lethia F. Newman Davis, entered into rest Tuesday, February 23, 2010, at his residence. Memorial services will be held Thursday, February 25, at 6:00 pm, from the chapel of Chance & Hydrick Funeral Directors, with Dr. Michael Davenport officiating. Mr. Davis, son of the late Lafake and Mattie Testernary Davis, was the owner and operator of Hilltop Produce and Seafood in North Augusta and was a Methodist. In addition to his wife he is survived by sons, Teat Randolph Davis, Jr, Timmy Randolph Davis, and Dustin Davis, all of Augusta; daughters, Connie Brewer, April Williford, and Bridgett Davis, all of Augusta; brothers, Erskine Davis and Rufus Davis, both of Augusta, and George Davis, of North Carolina; six grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. The family will receive friends immediately following the service.
