AUGUSTA, Ga. - Mrs. Willie Mae Rouse of Wharton Drive entered into rest Wednesday, February 17, 2010. Funeral service will be held Monday, February 22, 2010 at 12 noon at Williams Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Michael Smiley officiating. Burial will be at Hillcrest Memorial Park. She was a native of Augusta, Georgia and a retiree of the Richmond County Board of Education. Survivors are two sons, Wade (Jacqueline) Rouse, Charlotte, N.C. and Steve Rouse, Augusta; two brothers, Robert L. Jones and Gary A. Jones, Augusta; two sisters, Inez Holmes, Bronx, N.Y. and Connie D. Jones, Augusta; two granddaughters, Ashlyn Nicole Rouse, Charlotte, N.C. and Nichelle J. Rouse, Augusta; three great granddaughters, Jasmine Rouse, Breauna Rouse, Doriana Powell, all of Augusta; caregiver Lanikka Nichelle Bowell (Nicole); a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
