EDGEFIELD, S.C. - Mrs. Angelle Bussey Herring, 85, of Edgefield, wife of the late William Clifton (WC) Herring, entered into rest Tuesday February 9, 2010 at Edgefield County Hospital. Funeral Services will be held Thursday February 11, 2010 at 2 P.M. at Red Oak Grove Baptist Church with Rev. Steve Cartin officiating. Internment will be in the church cemetery. Angelle was a native of Edgefield County and retired from the Bank of Trenton (now First Citizens Bank) after many years of service as a bank teller. She was a member of Red Oak Grove Baptist Church, and was very active in the Red Oak Grove WMU. She is survived by her loving family who thought and cared for her as a mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Memorials may be made to Red Oak Grove Baptist Church WMU, c/o Faye Usry, 85 Rabbit Trail Edgefield, S.C. 29824. The family is at the home of Johnny and Diane Murrell on Wigfall St. in Edgefield and will receive friends from 6 to 8 P.M. Wednesday at Edgefield Mercantile Funeral Home.
