SARDIS, Ga. - Lyla Mae Ellison Wallace, age 84, passed away on Sunday, February 7, 2010, at her daughter's residence in Sylvania. She was born in Screven County and was a homemaker. She was also a member of Sardis United Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her Husband: Grady Herbert Wallace; Parents: Clarence and Emma M. Mock Ellison. Survivors: Daughters and Sons- In-Law: Vickie Lynn W. and Harrison 'Bill' Williams of Sugar Hill, GA and Nancy Ann W. and Jerry Reddick of Sylvania; Sister: Lillian H. Godbee of Hiltonia; Grandchildren: Lindsay Williams Perkins, Adam Williams, Heather Reddick Martin, Jessica Reddick Clark and Kimberly Reddick Friese; 4 Great- Grandchildren; Special Friends: J.W. and Betty Clayton and Brenda Waters; Several Nieces and Nephews. Visitation: Tuesday, February 9, 2010, 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM. Graveside Services: Wednesday, February 10, 2010 at 11:00 AM at the St. Mark's Methodist Cemetery with Rev. Roy White officiating.
