HEPHZIBAH, Ga. - Mrs. Bernice V. Hawkins, of Crosscreek Road, entered into rest on Sunday, February 7, 2010, at her residence. Funeral arrangements will be announced later. Survivors are her loving and devoted husband, Wiley Hawkins; one loving and devoted daughter, Valerie (Charles) Jordan, Hephzibah, Ga.; four loving sons, Ronald (Ronnie) Barnes, Roselle, N.J., Raleigh (Natasha) Barnes, Jr., Montgomery, Ala., James (Ayesha) Hawkins, Seattle, Wash., Will (Stacy) Hawkins, Elkins Park, Pa.; twelve grandchildren; two great grandchildren; five sisters, Ophelia, Betty, Carol, Diane, and Lucille; one brother, Willie; and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives.
