AUGUSTA, Ga. - Mr. Frank Tucker entered into eternal rest at the Longevity Care Home, Augusta, Ga., on Saturday, February 21, 2009 after an extended illness. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, February 28, 2009 from the Bell Grove Missionary Baptist Church, Aiken, S.C., at 1 p.m. with the Rev. Lester A. Smalls officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. He leaves to cherish his memory: wife, Mrs. Gloria McKevie Tucker, Charleston, S.C.; three daughters, Mrs. Zera T. (Alan) Black, Atlanta, Ga., Ms. Janee' Boyd, Miramar, Fla., Ms. Monique Tucker, Charleston, S.C.; one sister, Ms. Ella B. Roundtree, St. Petersburg, Fla.; a beloved mother, Mrs. Pearl Walker Tucker, Aiken, S.C.; eight grandchildren and one great- grandchild; other relatives and friends. Friends may call at the funeral home on Friday, February 27, 2009 from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. or at the home of his mother, Mrs. Pearl Walker Tucker, 116 Kershaw Street NE, Aiken, S.C. on Saturday, February 28, 2009. The body will be out for viewing from 9:30 a.m. until 11 a.m. after which the remains will lie in state at the church one hour prior to the service.
