EDGEFIELD, S.C. - Mrs. Sallie Mae Morgan Williams, 96, of Bauskett Street, entered into rest April 11, 2008 at Trinity Mission Health & Rehab of Edgefield. Funeral arrangements will be announced later. Mrs. Williams, a native of Edgefield County, was a member of Moores AME Church. Survivors include her husband, James Williams, Sr., Edgefield; four daughters, Emma (Charles) Burton, Annie (Willie) Hill, Sallie Pixley, Edgefield and Lillie Butler, McCormick, S.C.; a son, James (Shirley) Williams, Jr., Aiken, S.C.; 14 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren; brother-in-law, George (Victoria) Sapp, Warrenville, S.C.; sisters-in-law, Ceila Morgan, Aiken, Catherine Morgan (Esau) Butler, Trenton, S.C., Elizabeth (Joseph) Robinson, Bath, S.C., Agnes (Johnny) Robinson, Clearwater, S.C., Mary Lee (Lenzie) Wright, Bath and Ophelia Moore, Edgefield; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
