Thomas Patten (FOREST HILL, N.Y.)

FOREST HILL, N.Y. - Mr. Thomas Patten, 68, of 62nd Drive entered into rest February 9, 2008 at Parkway Hospital. Funeral services will be held 3 p.m. Saturday, February 16, 2008 at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church with Minister Charles Patten officiating. Mr. Patten, a native of Edgefield County, was a bus driver for the New York City Transit Authority. Survivors include his wife, Juanita McKie Patten; two daughters, Deborah (Rory) Riddle and Deirdre Smith, Forest Hill; three sons, Reginald Wayne McKie, Forest Hill, Thomas (Karen) Patten, Jr., Bellville, Fla. and Warren Patten, Rome, N.Y.; his mother, Viola Hooper Patten, Forest Hill; one sister, Justine (Julius) Demps, Melbourne, Fla.; two brothers, Min. Charles (Doris) Patten, Melbourne and Warren (Edna) Patten, Palm Bay, Fla.; eight grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, four aunts, Carrie Ramsey, Mae Julia Holmes, North Augusta, Arlean Moore, Palm Bay and Leola Collier Newman, Virginia; a host of brothers and sisters-in-law, other relatives and friends.
