HARLEM, Ga. - Curtis "Pook" Clark Jr., husband of the late Bernice Dent Clark, entered into rest on Saturday, November 3, 2007. Funeral services will be held 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 10, 2007 at Second Mount Carmel Baptist Church, Appling, Georgia with Rev. A. Maurice Booker officiating. Interment will be at Second Mount Carmel Baptist Church Cemetery. Mr. Clark was a member of New Hope Baptist Church. He leaves to cherish his memories: one son, Tremayne (Dana) Clark; and one daughter, Trequila Clark (Dontae) of Appling, Ga.; a devoted mother, Mrs. Juanita Clark of Harlem, Ga.; three sisters, Evelyn (Lindsay) Jones, Diane Lee, and Cheryl (Jimmy) Womack all of Philadelphia, Pa.; three brothers, Martin (Elizabeth) Jackson, Theodore (Syveria) Jackson, both of Appling, Ga., and Melvin (Lecia) Raidford of Atlanta, Ga.; mother-in-law, Rheba Dent of Appling, Ga.; sister-in-law, Angela Dent (Wayne); brother-in- law, Tyrone (Emmie) Dent of Appling, Ga.; four grandchildren, Imani, Tremayne Jr., Haile and Nia Clark; one godchild, Ebony Tutt; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Mr. Curtis A. Clark Sr. Thomson Funeral System, Thomson, Ga.
