Dreama G. Perry (THOMSON, Ga.)

THOMSON, Ga. - Mrs. Dreama Gail Perry, 65, of Thomson, Georgia, entered into rest on Sunday, September 2, 2007 at Dwight David Eisenhower Medical Center. She was the beloved wife of Dennis Perry. Memorial services will be held on Wednesday, September 5, 2007 at 4:00 p.m. at Elliott Sons Columbia Road Chapel with Mr. J. Franklin Griffis and Mr. Johnny Rogers officiating. The family will receive friends after the service. A native of Princeton, West Virginia, Dreama was the daughter of the late Robert E. Kessinger and the late Mildred Inez Swim Kessinger. She has lived in the Martinez area for over thirty years before moving to Thomson where she has resided for the last three years. Dreama was a military wife for over twenty years. She worked with the young wives of military soldiers prior to their husband's deployment to Vietnam. Dreama was a realtor and co owner of Thomson McDuffie Realty. She was also secretary for Dennis Perry Homes. Dreama was a member of the Warren County Chamber of Commerce, the Thomson McDuffie County Chamber of Commerce, and a member of the National Association of Realtors, the State Association of Realtors, and Classic South Board of Realtors. She was a survivor of Breast Cancer for thirty one years. Additional survivors include two children, Dennis Perry Jr. of South Haven, Michigan and Karen Krome of Thomson, Georgia; three grandchildren, Brooke Taylor Perry of South Haven, Michigan, Heather Krome and Ryker Krome, both of Thomson, Georgia; and her aunt, Gertrude Stratton of Deland, Florida.
