WARRENTON, Ga. - Funeral service for Deputy Sheriff Jerome Jackson, 52, of Warrenton, will be held on Saturday, June 23, 2007 at the Warrenton High School Gymnasium at 11:00 a.m. with the Rev. Kenneth Elder, as Eulogist, Rev. Milton Neal, officiating. The body will lie in state at the Warrenton High School Gymnasium beginning at 9:00 a.m. Interment, will be held in the Sam Brisco Cemetery. Repast, in the Warrenton High School Cafeteria. The funeral procession will leave the residence at 10:30 a.m. Survivors: wife, Santeeba Jackson, Warrenton; one daughter, Shakelia Smith, Thomson; three sons, Jai'tavius Jackson, Justin Jackson, both of Warrenton, and Andrew Jackson, Atlanta; six grandchildren; five sisters, Estella Jackson, Atlanta, Emily (Ronnie) Ficklin, Thomson, Regina (Willie) Johnson, Harlem, Pamela Steed, Harlem, and Gloria Steed, Augusta; four brothers, Jerold Jackson, Dexter (Lavenus) Jackson, all of Atlanta, Ulyssess Steed, Hephzibah, and Clarence Steed, Augusta; a stepfather, Joseph Gibbs, Atlanta; other sisters-in-law; other brothers-in-law; a mother-in-law; a father-in-law; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
