Elizabeth Wisham (LANGLEY, S.C.)

LANGLEY, S.C. - Entered into rest Saturday, January 6, 2006, Mrs. Elizabeth Dabbs Wisham of Langley, SC, wife of the late Melvin H. Wisham and daughter of the late Thomas David and Jesse Gurganious Dabbs. Born in Bath, SC, she was a very active member of the Langley United Methodist Church where she was a member of the United Methodist Women and the Susannah Wesley Sunday School Class. She was a volunteer at University Hospital from 1984-2002 and was a Water Commissioner in Langley, SC for eight years. She is survived by daughters, Sarah Crook, (Johnny) Langley, SC and Debbie Hall, (Joey) Warrenville, SC; granddaughters, Karen Matthews, (Kevin) Miranda Turner, (Phillip) and Amanda Green, (Steven) and grandsons, Brandon Hodson, (Shannon) and Nick Evans (Dana) and great-grandchildren, Carly Chavis, Kaitlin Hodson, Madison Evans, Jessica Matthews, McKenzie Evans, and Nolan Green. Funeral services will be held Monday at 2 o'clock at Langley United Methodist Church with Revs. Larry Gregory and Frank Copeland officiating. Interment will follow in Langley Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Johnny Crook, Joey Hall, Steven Green, Kevin Matthews, Phillip Turner, Brandon Hodson, Nick Evans, and Bernard Meyer. Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, 225 N.
