Free HIV testing will be held by Angelic Community Resource Development Corp. to increase awareness of HIV and the importance of testing.
Tests will be given from 2 to 6 p.m. Sunday at Julian Smith Casino.
In celebration of the 25th birthday of Waldo, 20 local businesses are inviting customers to spot him.
To participate, pick up a Find Waldo in Augusta! search list with names of the participating businesses and collect an “I Found Waldo at ____” for each Waldo found. Collect 16 or more cards cards for a Waldo button and an entry into a drawing for larger prizes. The drawing will be held at a Waldo party July 31. The game lasts through July.

The South Augusta Community Development Center is sponsoring a grant-writing workshop from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. June 30 at the Barton Village Community Center, 3653 Rome Way.
The class costs $100, which includes materials, follow-up and a trip to Macon, Ga., for participants interested in searching the grant database.
